Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Propobox. These terms govern your access to and use of our proposal creation and management platform.
By accessing or using Propobox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
Propobox provides cloud-based proposal creation, management, and tracking software. The Service allows users to create, send, track, and manage business proposals. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Propobox offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
The free plan includes a limited number of proposals per month and may exclude certain features available on paid plans. Propobox reserves the right to modify the free plan's features and limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including proposals, templates, and client information. By using the Service, you grant Propobox a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited communications; transmit malware or harmful code; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Propobox and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and logos. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Propobox's intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant planned changes. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propobox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Propobox operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
