Create a proposal from what you have

Paste a proposal you wrote elsewhere, start from a template, or begin blank. Edit it on a live copy of the page your client will see, then send it.

Two ways to lay it out

Quick Mode

The essentials most agency proposals need, on every plan: who it is for, what you will do, what each part costs, and the terms.

  • Client, title and project summary
  • Line items with optional extras and quantities
  • Payment and revision terms you can edit
  • Valid-until date and a payment link for the deposit

Advanced Mode

For larger projects, from the Starter plan: the parts a client expects to see before a bigger commitment.

  • Cover page and your company details
  • Scope, timeline and deliverables
  • Discount and tax on the pricing table
  • Legal terms: scope, revisions, IP, cancellation

How you create it

  • Start from your draft

Paste the text or upload the PDF of a proposal you already wrote. The fields fill in from your own wording, with a short list of what to check.

  • Edit on the client's page

The preview beside the form is the exact page your client will get. Click any part of it, the prices or the terms, and the field that changes it comes up.

  • See what is still missing

An outline of the proposal marks each part as done, still needed or optional, so you know before sending that the client's email or a price is missing.

  • Send when it is ready

Send it by email under your name with your own note, or copy the link. Either way, every visit is tracked from then on.
