Everything between the draft and the deposit

Bring the proposal you already wrote, send it as a page under your name, see how it is read, and get it signed with the deposit. Here is everything that does it.

See it, part by part.

The screens you work in and the page your client opens, drawn from the product.

  • Today, split in two

Write on the left: paste a draft, drop a PDF, finish what is half done. Close on the right: every proposal waiting on you, with one next step each.

  • Edit on the client's page

Change any part right on the preview, and see what is missing before you send.

  • How it was read

Visits and reading time, plus the part read longest on Pro and Business.

  • A note with a reason

A follow-up from what they did, yours to edit. It never mentions the tracking.

  • Sent to paid, at a glance

Every proposal shows how far it got, from sent and opened to signed and paid.

  • Options they choose

Optional lines and quantities, with the total updating as your client picks.

  • The deposit at signing

A Pay button for your own payment link, logged in your account once opened.

  • One account for the team

Up to 10 people sharing proposals and clients, in your logo and colour.

  • Your agreement, accepted with the proposal

Write it, paste it or upload a PDF. Your client ticks that they read it and signs once, and the record keeps exactly what they saw.

Names, times and amounts are examples.

Write it anywhere

Start from the draft you already have, a template, or a few sentences.

  • Import a draft

Paste a proposal you wrote in ChatGPT, Claude or a document, or upload the PDF. The client, line items, terms, dates and payment link are filled in from your own wording, with a list of what to check.

  • Templates and your own

Ready proposals for agencies and service businesses, plus any proposal you save as a template for your team. Duplicate one you sent before in a click.

  • AI drafting

Describe the project in a few sentences and get a first version to edit: summary, line items and terms. Free includes one try; paid plans include a monthly allowance.

Send it under your name

An email from you, a page that reads well on a phone, and reminders you choose.

  • Sent under your name

Your client gets an email from you with your own note and a link to the proposal page. Replies come back to your inbox, and no account is needed to read it.

  • Reminders and validity

Set the date it is valid until. Your client gets a reminder three days before it expires, and you can add one reminder if it is still unopened after 3, 5 or 7 days.

  • Email delivery you can see

See when the email is opened and when it bounces, so a typo in an address is caught before you wait a week. Pro and Business add link clicks.

Know who to get back to

What your client did with the proposal, and what to do about it today.

  • How it was read

Every visit, how long your client read and when they last came back. Pro and Business show which part of the proposal they read longest.

  • Who to get back to today

Your home screen lists proposals read without an answer, not opened, close to expiry, or signed with the deposit still waiting, each with one next step.

  • Suggested follow-up notes

A short note based on what your client did, and the reason for it. You edit it and send it yourself; it never tells the client what was tracked.

Get it signed and paid

The decision, the signature and the deposit happen on the same page.

  • Options your client picks

Mark lines as optional or let the client change quantities. The total updates as they choose, and what they accept is kept as a fixed record.

  • Typed or drawn signature

Your client types or draws a signature on the page after agreeing to sign electronically. The signed PDF ends with a certificate and a SHA-256 fingerprint.

  • Deposit at signing

Add your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Wise or any payment page) and a Pay button for the deposit appears right after signing. The money goes straight to you.

  • Decline with a note

If something needs to change, your client declines with a short note saying what, and you are told straight away.

Send your own agreement with it

The service agreement you already use, accepted in the same step as the proposal. Open on every plan.

  • Written or uploaded

Write or paste your service agreement as text, or upload it as a PDF of up to 4 MB. Give it a title your client will recognise.

  • Accepted with one signature

Your client reads it on the proposal page, ticks that they have, and signs once. Nothing to print, scan or send separately.

  • Kept as they saw it

The agreement goes into the signed record, its SHA-256 fingerprint and the signed PDF exactly as accepted. Nobody can change it afterwards.

  • Ready for the next one

Pick an agreement from a past proposal, or save it with a template, so the next proposal starts with your terms attached.

For the whole team

One account, shared proposals and clients, and your own look.

  • Shared by your team

Proposals and clients are shared across the team. Pro includes up to 3 people and Business up to 10, with read-only viewers.

  • Your logo and colour

Your logo and accent colour on the proposal page and PDF, without the PropoBox credit line, from the Starter plan.

  • Three PDF designs

Modern, Corporate or Minimal, each a different look, for clients who want a file to keep. While a proposal is open, its PDF carries a QR code that opens it for signing.

  • Your currency

Price in USD, EUR, GBP, TRY and other currencies, with discount and tax lines when you need them.

  • Support tickets

Ask for help from inside your account and follow the answer there, with priority support on Pro and Business.
