Claude reads your follow-up list: proposals read without an answer, not opened, close to expiry, or signed with the deposit waiting, each with what happened.
"Turn this into a proposal for Dana at Harbor Dental."
Claude creates a draft in PropoBox from what you wrote in the chat, with your prices and terms. It stays a draft until you send it.
"Start a retainer for Harbor Dental from my website template."
Claude lists your saved templates and makes the draft from the one you pick. Your lines, terms and agreement come along, and what you tell Claude replaces them.
"Same as Dana's last proposal, but $11,000."
Claude copies a past proposal, payment link and agreement included, and changes only what you say. It stays a draft until you send it.
"Send it to her with a short note."
Claude shows you the recipient and the note first, and sends only after you say yes. Replies come back to your inbox.
"Nudge everyone who hasn't opened theirs."
A follow-up in your name for each proposal waiting, at most one a day per proposal, after you have seen each note.
"Give the Fieldnote proposal two more weeks."
Moves the valid-until date forward by 7, 14 or 30 days, and reopens it if it had expired.
"How was the Lumen proposal read?"
Visits, reading time and the last visit, plus the part they read longest on Pro and Business.
"The Lumen deposit came in."
Claude marks it as received so it leaves your waiting list. PropoBox cannot see payments and moves no money; this records your word.
Built to be safe with your clients
The connector only does what you could do in PropoBox yourself, and only after you agree.
Your go-ahead, every time
Drafts never reach a client by themselves. Claude is told to show you the recipient and the note and wait for your yes before anything is sent.
Your account's own rules
Claude acts as you: the same plan limits, email allowance and team permissions apply, and viewers stay read-only.
Revoke it whenever you like
Disconnect from PropoBox under Settings, Connected apps, or remove the connector in Claude. Access stops at once.
Connect it in a few steps
- 1In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and look for PropoBox under Discover. Or open the PropoBox listing.
- 2Choose Connect. Sign in to PropoBox when asked, and approve access on the PropoBox page.
- 3Ask Claude something like "Who should I follow up with today?"
