From a draft anywhere to a signed proposal.

Write the proposal wherever you like. PropoBox sends it as a page under your name, shows you when it is read and who to get back to, and takes it to signature and deposit. Here is each step.

  1. 1

    Write it anywhere

Paste the proposal you drafted in ChatGPT, Claude or a document, or upload the PDF, and PropoBox fills in the form from your own wording for you to check. Or start from a template, copy one you sent before, or begin blank.

    • Import a draft: paste the text or upload a PDF; a price or date it does not give stays empty
    • Templates written for agencies, with real line items and terms
    • Quick Mode for the essentials, Advanced Mode for cover, scope, timeline and deliverables
    • Optional AI drafting from a few sentences about the project
    • Using Claude? Connect PropoBox from Claude's connector directory and Claude can start the draft from a template or your last proposal for that client
  2. 2

    Send it under your name

Your client receives an email from you with a link to the proposal page. They do not need an account, the page reads well on a phone, and their replies come back to your inbox.

    • Sent as your name, replies go to your email
    • A shareable link for any other channel
    • Your logo on the page on paid plans
    • A PDF they can download when they need one
  3. 3

Know who to get back to

Each proposal shows how far it got: sent, opened, read again, signed, paid. You are told when your client opens it, and your home screen lists who to write to today, with a suggested note and the reason for it.

    • A notification when it is opened and when they come back to it
    • Visits and reading time per proposal; the part they read longest on Pro and Business
    • A suggested follow-up note you edit and send yourself
    • A reminder email to your client before it expires
  4. 4

    Get it signed and paid

Your client accepts on the proposal page with a typed or drawn signature, or declines and tells you what to change. If you attached your own agreement, the same signature accepts it too. If you added your payment link, a Pay button for the deposit appears right after signing, and the money goes straight to you.

    • Typed or drawn signature, with consent, time, IP and browser recorded
    • Your own agreement, as text or a PDF, accepted with that signature and kept in the record
    • A signed PDF with a signature certificate, for both of you
    • A deposit through your own payment link, as a percentage or a fixed amount
    • Told when the payment link is opened; you mark the payment as received
