What do I get when I sign up?

Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required: the full plan, with its higher limits and every feature unlocked. When the 14 days are up, the account moves to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is deleted: your proposals, clients and history stay exactly where they are, you just go back to Free's monthly limits. Upgrade at any point during or after the trial.

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. No time limit and no credit card: 2 proposals a month, 3 clients, 12 emails a month and one AI drafting try. Importing a draft, visits and reading time, the follow-up list, the e-signature, your own agreement and the deposit link are all included. Free proposals carry a small "Made with PropoBox" line in the footer.

Why flat-rate pricing instead of per-user?

Accepted Answer

Most proposal tools charge per user, so a three-person agency pays three times. PropoBox charges per account: Pro covers up to 3 people for $49 a month and Business up to 10 for $79, whoever on the team sends the proposal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How much do I save with annual billing?

Accepted Answer

About 25 percent. Starter is $14 a month billed yearly ($168 instead of $228), Pro is $37 a month billed yearly ($444 instead of $588), Business is $59 a month billed yearly ($708 instead of $948).

What's the difference between plans?

Accepted Answer

Every plan can import, send, track visits and reading time, collect a signature, attach your own agreement to be accepted with it, and ask for a deposit. Plans differ in volume (2, 25, 100 or 300 proposals a month), AI drafting (one try, 20, 100 or 250 a month), people (1, 1, 3 or 10), and a few features: Advanced Mode, logo and accent colour from Starter; time per section, team collaboration, priority support from Pro.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your proposals, clients and history stay in your account. If you are over a limit of the new plan, you cannot add more until you are back under it or the monthly allowance resets.

Do my clients need an account to view proposals?

Accepted Answer

No. They open the link, choose any options you left open, sign and pay the deposit without an account.

All major credit and debit cards, through Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by PropoBox.
