Cleaning services proposal template

A cleaning client wants to know three things: what will be cleaned, how often, and what it costs per month. This template puts all three on the page. It starts with a site visit and a deep clean, prices the regular service by visits per week, and keeps supplies and the quality check as separate lines so nothing is hidden.

What your client receives

This is the page your client opens from your email, drawn exactly as PropoBox sends it. Your name, logo and client replace the placeholders; the prices are examples to replace with your own.

How to scope and price it

  • Write the visits per week and the hours per visit in the line, three visits of two hours here. The client can compare your price to the hours, and a change in frequency adjusts the price in a way both sides understand.
  • Attach a checklist to the regular clean. A checklist turns a vague promise into something the client can inspect.
  • Price the first deep clean as a one-off. It is more work than a normal visit, and it sets the standard you will keep up.
  • Offer a monthly quality check. A walk-through with a note of what to improve is cheap to run and is what clients remember at renewal.

The terms, and why

Billing the deep clean before the first visit covers your cost and confirms the client is committed. The 24 hour window to report a missed item is fair to both sides, because it can still be fixed while the visit is fresh. Tying the price to floor area and frequency keeps the monthly figure honest if the site changes.
