What a team actually pays
Better Proposals' per-user price multiplied by the number of users, per month, before add-ons. Starter allows one seat, so a team of two or more starts at Premium. The last column is the cheapest PropoBox plan that includes that many people, at its monthly price.

For one person, Starter is $13 a month on annual billing or $19 month to month, with 10 sends a month.
The tools are not the same product. Compare what you need, not only the number: PropoBox sends a proposal as a page, shows how it was read, and takes the signature and a deposit link.
What costs extra
Items the pricing page lists as optional extras or limits.
- Nudge, a follow-up add-on, is $10 per user per month.
- Custom template design starts at $1,495. The page calls that the minimum and most common price, and says longer templates may cost more and that the team always quotes first.
- Sends are limited each month: 10 on Starter and 50 on Premium. Only Enterprise is unlimited.
- Removing the Better Proposals badge and white-labelling is a Premium and Enterprise feature. On other plans the badge stays and the page says you can earn a commission when recipients sign up.
- The page's FAQ says every plan allows as many users as you need, while the comparison table lists one seat for Starter. Check the live page for the seat limit on the plan you choose.
When Better Proposals is worth it
Choose Better Proposals if
- You want a large template marketplace and a proposal editor built for sales teams.
- You need CRM integrations, approvals or content locking as your team grows.
- You can use the send limit on your plan, or Enterprise.
Look at flat pricing if
- More than one person sends proposals and the per-user price drives the cost.
- You want to start free and test with a real client before paying.
- You want to see how a proposal was read, sign on the page and use a deposit link.
