What a team actually pays

Proposify's per-user price multiplied by the number of users, per month, before add-ons. The last column is the cheapest PropoBox plan that includes that many people, at its monthly price.

Scale is not in the table because it starts from a $12,800 yearly platform fee that includes 10 users, which is about $1,067 a month before any extra user.

The tools are not the same product. Compare what you need, not only the number: PropoBox sends a proposal as a page, shows how it was read, and takes the signature and a deposit link.

What costs extra

Items the pricing page lists as one-off fees, add-ons or usage charges.

  • Custom template design is $1,500 on Build, and the Grow launch kit (onboarding, template design and 30 days of priority support) is $2,000.
  • Premium integrations such as Salesforce and Aspire need an add-on purchase. The comparison table lists them at $9 per user per month each.
  • The page lists send limits of 10, 30 and 75 sends a month, with overage fees of $0.50, $0.30 and $0.75 per send, on tiers it names Basic, Team and Business. It does not say which of those matches Build, Grow or Scale, so confirm your send limit before you buy.
  • Unused sends roll over each month, and sending past the limit costs a one-time fee per send, according to the page's FAQ.
  • Scale accounts with high volume are quoted individually.

When Proposify is worth it

Choose Proposify if

  • You want a full design system for proposals, with a content library and approval workflows.
  • You need roles and permissions, SSO or custom reporting for a larger team.
  • A custom template built for you is worth $1,500 or more.

Look at flat pricing if

  • A few people send proposals and the number of users drives the cost.
  • You want to start free and test with a real client before paying anything.
  • You want signature on the page and a deposit link without an onboarding project.
