What a team actually pays

PandaDoc's seat price multiplied by the number of seats, per month on annual billing, before add-ons. The last column is the cheapest PropoBox plan that includes that many people, at its monthly price.

Monthly cost by number of seats
SeatsPandaDoc StarterPandaDoc BusinessPropoBox (flat per account)
1$19 a month$49 a monthStarter, $19 a month
3$57 a month$147 a monthPro, $49 a month
5$95 a month$245 a monthBusiness, $79 a month
10$190 a month$490 a monthBusiness, $79 a month

Month to month, Starter is $35 and Business $65 per seat, so three people pay $105 and $195 a month. The plans are not the same product. PandaDoc covers documents beyond proposals, CRM integrations and quoting; PropoBox covers sending a proposal as a page, seeing how it was read, the signature and the deposit. Compare what you need, not only the number.

What costs extra

When PandaDoc is worth it

Choose PandaDoc if

  • You need contracts, quotes and forms beyond proposals in one platform.
  • You need CRM integrations, approval workflows or quoting with custom branding.
  • Your team is large enough that seat-based pricing is a small part of the cost.

Look at flat pricing if

  • Proposals are the main job and a few people send them.
  • You want the cost to stay the same when a colleague joins.
  • You want to start free, with signature on the page and a deposit link.
